The Roll of Honour stands at the junction of Main Street and Blacksmiths Lane
directly opposite the Black Swan and is a proud focal point in the village of Asselby.
Thanks to a most generous donation from a previous resident of the parish the
Portland Stone Roll of Honour was erected on 27th September 2016.
A Service of Remembrance has been held by the Parish Council on Remembrance Sunday
each year since and is now an important yearly event for residents to attend.
