Parish Planning Applications

Planning Applications are discussed at scheduled Parish Council meetings or a meeting is called to discuss if an application is received between meetings.

Proposals can also be discussed online as the Clerk receives a link to a planning application from East Riding of Yorkshire Council Planning Department which is forwarded to the members for them to look at the plans and documents.  Any comments or observations made are shared and discussed between the members before an overall response is made to the Planning Department.

Please Note:-  The East Riding of Yorkshire Council request the parish council make any comments/observations on a planning application in the parish.  The parish council do not make a yes/no decision on any proposals.  The members are guided by the Planning Policy as stated in the East Riding of Yorkshire Council Local Plan and a map which defines the building line in the parish of Asselby.

You can view or comment on planning applications by using the ERYC Public Access website. You can also sign-up to receive notifications of new applications.
